2. Personal Data Processed

Identity information, contact information, account and usage data, and technical data required to provide the email service are processed.

3. Purposes of Processing

Your data is processed to provide the service, manage accounts, ensure security, fulfill legal obligations and support processes.

4. Legal Grounds

Your data is processed based on the establishment and performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and, where necessary, your explicit consent.

5. Data Transfer

Your data is hosted within Türkiye. It is not shared with third parties except for legal obligations.

6. Retention Period

Your data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose and relevant legislation, then deleted or anonymized.

7. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of and object to your data. You can submit requests using the method below.

8. Application Method

You can submit your requests to support@maildots.com or in writing. Your requests are concluded within 30 days at the latest.
